INCENTIVES TO BUSINESSES WITH A HIGHLY-SKILLED, KNOWLEDGE-BASED WORKFORCE.
Oklahoma’s 21st Century Quality Jobs offers incentives to businesses with a highly skilled, knowledge-based workforce. For qualifying companies, this unique incentive would pay businesses cash back, up to 10 percent of payroll, for up to ten years for the creation of at least 10 jobs with an average wage of $99,485 annually or higher, depending on county.
