Festival of Light
Each holiday season, over 250,000 people visit Chickasha to enjoy the renowned Chickasha Festival of Light. The Festival of Light has been recognized as one of the top ten holiday light shows in the nation and features over 3.5 million twinkling lights.
Cruise through Shannon Springs Park and gaze in wonder at more than a hundred dazzling light scenes, animated displays and a computer animated light show synchronized to joyful holiday tunes. The centerpiece of the Chickasha Festival of Light is the iconic Christmas tree that can be seen for miles around. Those looking to enjoy classic holiday spirit can get out of the car and experience the view from a horse-drawn carriage as they ride through the park of lights.
After strolling through four miles of light displays, families can head over to the gift shop for hot cocoa, delicious cinnamon rolls, candied nuts and more delightful treats! Children can also have their photo taken with Santa.
